• Current production schedules require two to four weeks. All designs are handcrafted.

Return Policy

• E-mail edgewoods@skybest.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. A return authorization number will be emailed to you within 3 to 5 business days. If you prefer, you may also call 1-828-297-7876 for an authorization number. No returned merchandise will be credited to a purchaser or accepted by The Bag Lady without an authorization number.
• Please write your return authorization number and reason for return on the shipping invoice and return with the product. If you do not have the shipping invoice, write the authorization number and reason for return on a sheet of paper along with your name, address, credit card number, order number, and date of purchase.
• Mail the product to Edge of the Woods, Internet Returns, 207 Dale Adams Road, Sugar Grove, NC, 28679 within 7 days from date of receipt of the return authorization number. The product must be returned in its original box with all original packaging. For your protection, we urge you to use the necessary means to insure we are in receipt of the return and it is in salable condition.
• After the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and applicable sales tax within 7 business days. It typically takes one to two billing cycles for your credit card company to show the refund on your account.
• NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges to the purchaser or from the purchaser unless the merchandise is damaged or if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.

• We make every effort to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt. This may vary by the availability of the product. If your order is out of stock, we will inform you of the delay by e-mail and request further instruction from you. * • • We use the United States Postal Service as our method of shipment.

Privacy and Security Policies

• We are aware that you are concerned about protecting your privacy online. We treat your personal information, especially your credit card number, with the highest degree of safety and security. We do not sell or exchange the names of our online customers or any other information about that customer to any third party.
• When you place an order, we need your name, credit card number, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, and your phone number. This data is used strictly to fulfill your order. In the event there is a problem with your order, we will not contact you by telephone unless our attempts to reach you by e-mail have failed. The information you supply us is collected through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted protection.
• We do collect information that is not personally identifiable. This information is in the form of the amount of time spent viewing in a particular department and on a specific product. This helps us determine what items are most popular.
